Technical malfunctions are covered by the Bilkom Warranty for 2 years, provided there is no user-caused damage.
For TVs 43" and larger:
· Installation by an authorized service center is mandatory and free of charge. Do not open the product packaging or box before the authorized service center. Opening the box before the authorized service center arrives will void the product's warranty.
The product warranty begins on the invoice date.

If the service center charges a fee despite the product page stating that the installation is free, you can contact the relevant brand's customer service for support.
My product's warranty document wasn't delivered. What should I do?
The product's warranty document, which states on the product page that it is under warranty from an official distributor, importer, or manufacturer, is included in the package and shipped to you without opening the original packaging.
My product's warranty document is missing a stamp/the date is incorrect.
Since the products you purchase are delivered to you in a sealed box, the product boxes are not opened during shipping. Therefore, the warranty document included in the box is delivered to you without a stamp.
